ABOUT THE SPA FITNESS CENTER |
August
1, 2009 marked the SPA Fitness Center's 26th Anniversary, and 14
years of ownership for Tom and Nancy. The original location opened
August 1st 1983 in the Cherry Hill Inn (where LOWES Theater now
stands). The SPA, after enjoying nine fun years in Cherry Hill was
forced to move by the closing of the Inn.
We landed in a great location, the Cinnaminson Mini Mall. For ten
years the SPA served Cinnaminson, NJ and the surrounding
communities.
After realizing a need for growth, the NEW SPA Fitness Center
found a bigger better home one quarter mile away. In October of 2002
we relocated to Pennsauken, NJ. Each move has put us in a better
position to help our community stay fit!
We pride ourselves on providing our members with excellent customer
service and programming. Members can also choose from a variety of
additional services such as baby sitting, lockers, tanning, personal
training, and swim lessons for children and adults.
The Spa Fitness Center’s 23, 000 square foot
Sports & Fitness club includes the following facilities:
- Cardio and weight equipment
- Group Fitness & Aerobics studio
- Indoor heated SALT WATER Swimming pool
- Indoor heated SALT WATER Whirlpool
- Sauna and steam room
- Indoor Basketball "Full Court"
- 4000 sq ft Agility Training Room equipped w/ over a
dozen tires ranging from 50lbs to over 400lbs.
