is a club dedicated to developing and
maximizing the skills of wrestlers of every level. Our Goal is
to provide a complete training and development outlet where
our world-class clinicians can provide the instruction and
insight to give you the advantage you need to build a
successful career. We offer a unique training atmosphere where
participants will be educated on all aspects of becoming a
champion wrestler. Our clinicians will include expert
instruction on:
- Proper Wrestling Techniques
- Technique Development through proper drilling
- Weight Training for wrestling (age appropriate)
- Running for wrestling
- Nutrition for wrestling
AWA combines all the above attributes
establishing the most comprehensive and successful wrestling
club in the southern NJ area.
