WRESTLERS:
This is what you need to be TOURNAMENT
READY and TOURNAMENT TESTED! High Intensity, World
Class Instruction from some of the areas Best!
Tuesdays:
Wrestlers of All Ages 6:30pm to
8:00pm
Thursdays:
Wrestlers of All Ages
6:30pm to 8:00pm
Fridays:
ULTIMATE BOOTCAMP (Conditioning for those
who want Speed & Power AND THE ADVANTAGE!) 4pm to 5pm
BEGINNERS
and BASICS*:
The name says it all...It's what every successful wrestler
needs to be a winner! We will break wrestling down to
the smallest details: Stance, Motion, Mat Awareness, and
even how and why points are awarded during a match.
Advanced wrestlers are welcome to participate.
