ADVANCED WRESTLERS:

This is what you need to be TOURNAMENT READY and TOURNAMENT TESTED!  High Intensity, World Class Instruction from some of the areas Best!  

Mondays:  OPEN MATS
Wrestlers of All Ages     7:30pm to 9:00pm (all ages)

Tuesdays: 
Wrestlers of All Ages     6:30pm to 8:00pm (all ages)
Conditioning (for those who want the ADVANTAGE!) 8:00pm to 8:30pm

Thursdays: 
Wrestlers of All Ages     6:30pm to 8:00pm (all ages)


BEGINNERS and BASICS:

The name says it all...It's what every successful wrestler needs to be a winner!  We will break wrestling down to the smallest details: Stance, Motion, Mat Awareness, and even how and why points are awarded during a match.  Advanced wrestlers are welcome to participate.

Tuesdays & Thursdays:         5:30pm to 6:30pm

All memberships to Advantage Wrestling Academy include full membership to the SPA Fitness Center 7 days per week*(12 & under, pool and courts only).
